Many teachers and books and self-help seminars – but what it comes down to is — Just Having — In Your Consciousness…

I count among my favorite writers, those such as Neville Goddard, Arnold Patent, William Atkinson, and many more. There is also Bruce Lipton (Biology of Belief), and Gregg Braden. And then there’s a guy that I simply discovered from an L.A. radio station after his interview aired (Jeffrey Grupp – see a couple of entries ago)

We love to read new material, discover new angles, or hear someone new you’ve never heard before who writes about this stuff.

At what point do you stop being giddy about a new writer you found out about, ( or a new book of a current favorite writer ) and then hopefully wait for the book to arrive in the mail to tell you, really the same thing, but in a way in which you might finally hit home with you? It’s like you are wishing for the writer to use a particular combo of words that makes them sound like they’re just like you (i.e. they are someone who talks like you, and have come from a similar background or line of thinking), but they’ve “arrived”, and now they’re going to rescue you from the road you’re now on.

… Back to that point in a bit.

The reason I’m finding myself gravitating to Vadim Zeland’s teachings is not because I think he’s got “the goods” on what is the best way to shape your own thinking and Consciousness.

All of the individual learnings I have absorbed and which ring of deep truth — they seem to have finally converged into what Vadim’s Reality Transurfing series is providing in it’s many pages.

To me, all of the stuff I’ve ever read, including Reality Transurfing, amounts to the 2 fundamental halves of the equation:

• Not resisting the negative emotions that rise within you from the beliefs you haven’t yet paid attention to
• Focusing as much of each day’s time as possible, “Having” (as though your desired reality is here right now).. and this means Feeling From that reality, from that viewpoint.

To re-continue that point above, I feel like I’m at that stage where I can just continue “using this stuff” – apply it to my life – and to thus stop thrashing around … i.e. stop continually reading new stuff on this subject. This is the impact Vadim’s teachings are having.
I’d say, close behind his books is one written by Fred Dodson,

Just Decide to Have Now.. Have It in Your Consciousness. If you really did that, in the way that Vadim states this (or Frederick Dodson in the above book ), especially in Part 3 book of R.T., you’d no longer have the bad days you probably remember having, possibly even yesterday, or last week.

Your Material reality wouldn’t even need to be changed.

When you grasp the reality behind what’s Reality, especially as he states it, there’s truly no longer any reason to worry or doubt or experience chronic periods of stress and anger and frustration in your day to day life.

Even teachings which take a wide sweep of the “What’s-True-What’s-Not” brush, such as Busting Loose from the Money Game, can have much value, as long as you take away from the book only that which stirs within you some kind of strong Remembering. What I don’t agree with about BLMG is the claim that doing his Process is the only way to be in what he terms “Phase 2″ (your Expanded Self creates illusionary situations so that you could Feel your emotional response, and then those situations evaporate from your hologram because your emotion-based beliefs aren’t holding them in place). However, there are many flavors of “non-resistance” out there.

The benefit of just letting yourself feel a wave of Negative Emotions is taught from many sources .. for example, a writer by the name of Bijan stated in a past teleseminar, that simply feeling the emotions behind a negative event satisfies that part of You that wanted to explore that.. so then you no longer need to create that situation in the future.

In summary:

1.) Just BE Happy, and Go about your Daily Chores and Activities with a Presence of Quality and Attention and breathing fully, knowing there’s no hurry necessary. (If you respond to a jerk neighbor or traffic situation from an identity of someone who joyfully owns their reality, and is now living that ideal awesome life, it renders this temporary outside stuff impotent )

2.) When you are visited by dark Emotions, know that they are based on a belief of separation, or of limitation, or of just simply a bunch of extreme or wrong thinking that blended together and slammed into you.. and feel them. I personally use E.F.T. Matrix Reimprinting on a regular basis to rewrite beliefs on almost a daily basis. You could use anything you want.. no one makes the rules.. *even* a writer who tells you to use only their technique

p.s. When I say “jerk neighbor”, this is just to keep that point flowing. Please read an excellent little book called It’s All Mind, based on The Course in Miracles teachings, and you’ll have a way to respond to every little people-issue from that point on (and the response will be strictly in your own consciousness). Highly recommended:

    Hello!
How would you put in simple steps the book from Jeffrey Grupp (Telementation)?
I’ve read book and it didn’t was very clear to me how to do this telementation…

I agree that Jeffrey doesn’t provide a definite chapter where you know the specific steps are laid out in that place. The techniques, and the why’s and how’s are interspersed througout, however the specifics are definitely there.

The basics are that you get in a comfortable position and just observe your thoughts, not trying to control them, until you realize that you are feeling an effortless joy. Read more on Page 64.

And even more help is provided on page 86, where he tells how he specifically knows he is hitting those powerful feeling-states from which he begins focused intentions.

There are more details, then just those 2 general areas though. If I were you, Roman, I’d just re-read it again (even if you already have), and with a pen and notebook.. and every time you see something that looks like he’s describing a specific technique, write it down, and go through the rest of the book.

After all, it’s a pretty small book
