Funny you mentioned Frank's books on his Q.E., Alan
I have his Secrets of Quantum Living book and started reading it about a month ago, but then my focus has lately been into A Course in Miracles and related material. But I like Frank's form of meditation, and I think I will take this cue of your comment, and pick that book up again.
Thanks for your comment!

Hi,

I bought Telementation, haven't read it yet, but I found it in some sense similar with quantum entrainment. I read all three books from Frank Kinslow and find them inspiring and QE actually works.

So, I think that Telementation would work too, but I still need to read it through and found out. Anyway, this thing with creating things, situations, whatever, it works.

I think he's "more Buddha sounding" than most material in this genre, but I haven't read a lot on Buddhism myself. Whereas most books, especially The Secret and other like it, strictly talk about cultivating your focus on positive thoughts and keeping your vibration high, I love the way Vadim puts so much emphasis on the other side of the equation..getting readers to stop placing so much *importance* on not only a given goal they might have, but also the stuff that happens to them on a day to day basis.

Vadim sounds to be exponding what the Buddha taught. In ZEN we say enlightnment is letting go...mentally moment by moment.

I agree that Jeffrey doesn't provide a definite chapter where you know the specific steps are laid out in that place. The techniques, and the why's and how's are interspersed througout, however the specifics are definitely there.

The basics are that you get in a comfortable position and just observe your thoughts, not trying to control them, until you realize that you are feeling an effortless joy. Read more on Page 64.

And even more help is provided on page 86, where he tells how he specifically knows he is hitting those powerful feeling-states from which he begins focused intentions.

There are more details, then just those 2 general areas though. If I were you, Roman, I'd just re-read it again (even if you already have), and with a pen and notebook.. and every time you see something that looks like he's describing a specific technique, write it down, and go through the rest of the book.

After all, it's a pretty small book

Hi Roman,
It'll be worth the wait. His principles aren't way, way different than other metaphysical writers, in terms of his emphasis on letting go of reason and living from the feeling of already having the objective. The term, "telementation" was originally used in a book written William Atkinson, called I think Mind Power: The Secret of Mental Magic. Jeffrey read that book and liked the scope of what telementation represented so he used that term to title his book, and uses to to represent the principles he puts forth in his book ). Jeffrey adds value, though, by talking about the value of permanently being in that higher consciousness in your everyday world, so that negativity during normal worldly activities doesn't cancel out the meditation/telementation sessions.

In the recent several months, I have not been actively trying to manifest objectives, but about a week after reading Telementation, I did try it out once by by imagining that on a particular Saturday I went shopping, that I would find 4 shirts and one pair of jeans that fit perfectly and that I'd be able to wear to work (I can easily go through 8 or 9 store visits and walk out empty handed w/o finding anything I liked). That morning, I drove home with exactly 4 perfect shirts, and a pair of Jeans (i only like Levis, it has to be 'regular fit' which they are phasing out, (not straight fit which I can't stand) and I found exactly that type, in my required waist and inseam). It was pretty satisfying.
I hope you enjoy the book and thanks for commenting
